Florida Judicial Administration Rule 2.533

RULE 2.533. OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS IN COURT

Oaths and affirmations to jurors and witnesses in court may
be administered by or before:
(a) any judge, clerk, or deputy clerk of any court within this
state; or

(b) any person authorized to administer oaths in the State of
Florida.
