Lead Opinion

In re: Johnny Parkerson, District Attorney and the State of Louisiana applying for writs of review, certiorari, or prohibition.

Writ denied: The trial court ruling is correct.

Concurrence

SUMMERS, J.,

agrees that the writ should be denied. However, I do not reach the merits of the ruling of the trial judge. Applicants have not reserved a bill of exceptions and the merits of the ruling cannot be considered. La.Code Crim.Proc. Arts. 841-845.

Concurrence

BARHAM, J.,

concurs for reasons assigned by majority and reasons assigned by Mr. Justice Summers.
