McMillan, 285 So.2d 349 (La.App. 4 Cir. 1973), writs denied, 288 So.2d 357 , 358 (La. 1974). *205 As to the plaintiffs' complaint against the taxing of costs, LSA-C.C.P. art. 1920 authorizes the trial court to "render judgment for costs, or any part thereof, against any party, as it may consider equitable." We find no error in the trial court's assessment of costs.
