PER CURIAM.

Brian Keith Jester appeals his convictions for battery and contempt. We affirm Jester’s judgment and sentence for battery without comment. Athough the trial transcript shows there were serious discussions about contempt, the trial court never entered an order adjudicating Jester guilty of contempt. Thus, there is no rendered judgment or sentence for contempt on review in this case. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.020(h).
