Florida Juvenile Procedure Rule 8.815

RULE 8.815. COUNSEL

As provided by law, the circuit court shall advise the minor
that she has a right to court-appointed counsel at no cost. The
court shall, upon request, provide counsel for the minor at least 24
hours before the court proceeding.
