RULE 7.230. APPELLATE REVIEW
(a) Review. Review of orders and judgments of the courts
governed by these rules shall be prosecuted in accordance with the
Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.
(b) Party Not Represented by an Attorney. A non-attorney
may not represent a business entity in appellate proceedings.

1972 Amendment. Attention is directed to Florida Appellate
Rule 4.7, which authorizes the circuit court to modify or dispense
with any of the steps to be taken after filing of the notice of appeal.
