Committee Notes

1992 Adoption. Many parties and attorneys litigate in various
jurisdictions in the state, and the committee felt that a standard
form for settlement would be much more convenient for the litigants
and the court system.

1996 Amendment. This form has been modified to reflect
recent changes in the statutory rate of interest calculated on final
judgment amounts.
