10.208 Severability.If any provision of this joint resolution or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, or if any representative or senatorial district established in this joint resolution is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this joint resolution, or any other districts established in this joint resolution, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this joint resolution are severable.
