ARTICLE 2 VENDING FACILITIES ON STATE PROPERTY

13. Termination of Dependency.

The employer/insurer may terminate dependency benefits on the basis of a meretricious relationship only by order of the Board.

In all other cases of termination of dependency, Rule 61(b)(3) shall apply.
