In an action brought under R.S. 9:3252, the court may in its discretion award costs and attorney's fees to the prevailing party.

§3253. Costs and attorney's fees
In an action brought under R.S. 9:3252, the court may in its discretion award costs and attorney's fees to the prevailing party.
