90-4-401. Agreement to pacific northwest electric power and conservation planning council. The state of Montana agrees through this part and through the appointment of persons as provided in this part to formation of and participation in the pacific northwest electric power and conservation planning council, hereafter referred to in this part as "the council", and to the performance of the functions and duties of the council as provided in the Pacific Northwest Electric Power Planning and Conservation Act (Public Law 96-501).
