NRS 703.376 Judicial review: Appeal to appellate court. Any party to the action, within 60 days after
the service of a copy of the order or judgment of the district court, may
appeal to the appellate court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the rules
fixed by the Supreme Court pursuant to Section
4 of Article 6 of the Nevada Constitution as in other civil cases.
