As correctly pointed out by Plaintiff in its opposition to the current motion, the first Doe defendant created the logistical problem of receiving notice of this court's orders by filing his or her motion anonymously. Moreover, the first Doe defendant never asked for additional time to file a reply. The fact that the court did what it could to notify the first defendant of the reply due date---by ordering Plaintiff to provide a copy of the order to Comcast---did not then impose an obligation on Plaintiff to ensure that the first Doe defendant received actual notice of the order. As such, the basis upon which Comcast moves for reconsideration is insufficient. Moreover, the court made it clear in its June 14, 2012 memorandum opinion and order that the first Doe defendant is free to file another motion to quash the subpoena served on Comcast as long as he/she complies with Rule 11(a). (R. 28 at 6.) Despite the denial of the motion, the court provides the following in order to clarify the obligations of the parties: (1) the first Doe defendant has until June 29, 2012, to refile his/her motion to quash the subpoena; (2) if the first Doe defendant does not refile his/her motion by the deadline set, Plaintiff must advise Comcast of this fact in writing on or after July 6, 2012; and (3) if Comcast receives written notice from Plaintiff---dated July 6, 2012, or later---that the first Doe defendant did not refile his/her motion to quash, Comcast must comply with the subpoena by July 13, 2012.
