46 U.S.C. App. § 817d

The Appendix to Title 46 (Shipping) no longer exists. Congress enacted Title 46 as positive law in stages, from Pub. L. 98–89 (Aug. 26, 1983) to Pub. L. 109–304 (Oct. 6, 2006), and each of those Acts repealed the provisions it restated in Title 46.
