The Appendix to Title 50 (War and National Defense) no longer exists. The Office of the Law Revision Counsel eliminated it in 2015 by editorial reclassification, which renumbers the Code without changing the law: the Acts still in force were moved into Title 50 under new section numbers, and Acts whose provisions had all been repealed or omitted were dropped from the Code.
50 U.S.C. App. § 1735 was classified under the Appendix heading “Sale of Surplus War-Built Vessels” (50 U.S.C. App. 1735 et seq.), now at 50 U.S.C. § 4401 et seq.
