In order to give the term “equitable relief’ meaning, the Court explained, *584 courts must “limit restitution to the return of identifiable funds (or property) belonging to the plaintiff and held by the defendant-that is, ... limit restitution to the form of restitution traditionally available in equity.” Id.; see also Helfrich v.
