In Bickerstajf, id. at 250-51, 978 A.2d 760 , we determined that the trial court’s failure to instruct the jury on apportionment in a FELA case “may constitute reversible error[.]” This Court stated, however, that to warrant giving an instruction on apportionment of damages, there must be sufficient evidence adduced at trial to support the instruction.
