Barnett, Lerner, Karsen & Frankel, P.A. (Barnett) petitions for review of a decision of the Benefits Review Board upholding an administrative law judge’s
(ALJ) attorneys’ fees determination. We have jurisdiction under 33 U.S.C.
§ 921(c), and we deny the petition.
