Writ of Mandamus and Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Petitioner’s Writ of Mandamus, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for a Writ of Mandamus is DENIED and the Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED.
