Order denying defendant’s motion to vacate plaintiff’s demand for bill of particulars or, in the alternative, to. modify such demand, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and the defendant’s time to serve the bill of particulars is extended until ten days from the entry of the order hereon.
