Lead Opinion

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED.

DOWNEY and HURLEY, JJ., concur. ANSTEAD, J., specially concurs with opinion.

Concurrence

ANSTEAD, Judge,

specially concurring:

I agree that the trial court’s determination that the appellant waived his right to have formal charges lodged against him within 45 days is supported by the record. On the issue of waiver of counsel I concur on the authority of Jordan v. State, 334 So.2d 589 (Fla.1976).
