Because the Department of Corrections has offered transcription of the audio tapes in question in lieu of turning physical custody of the tapes over to appellant, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.[*587] See Kensu v. Haigh, 87 F.3d 172, 175 (6th Cir.1996).
