The plaintiff, Joseph A. Blake, appeals from an adverse final summary judgment. We reverse finding that a genuine issue of material fact remains regarding who is the “unit owner.” § 719.103(16), Fla. Stat. (1995).

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings consistent with his opinion.
