ARTICLE 11 SAFE HARBOR FOR SEXUALLY EXPLOITED CHILDREN FUND

15-22-1. Creation of Commission.

  1. There is created the Judicial, District Attorney, and Circuit Public Defender Compensation Commission for the purpose of conducting periodic comprehensive reviews of all aspects of compensation paid to justices, judges, district attorneys, and circuit public defenders.
  2. As used in this chapter, the term "commission" means the Judicial, District Attorney, and Circuit Public Defender Compensation Commission.
