ARTICLE 3 ANTENUPTIAL AGREEMENTS, MARRIAGE CONTRACTS, AND POSTNUPTIAL SETTLEMENTS

19-4-3. Petition by next friend.

A petition for annulment may be filed by next friend for minors or persons of unsound mind.
