Call Now: 904-383-7448The department shall register persons engaged in pacific white shrimp aquaculture under the applicable provisions of this chapter. Such registration or any renewal thereof shall expire on December 31 of each even-numbered year following registration; provided, however, that any registration shall expire 30 days following any change in the status of any information required by the provisions of this chapter or by any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter to be reported to the department. The department shall issue to registrants who update or renew their registration new certificates of registration for the full period of registration provided for in this Code section.
