Call Now: 904-383-7448When the sheriff's bond has been approved by the judge of the probate court and before it is deposited in the clerk's office, it shall be recorded in the office of the judge of the probate court and, after being passed upon by the judge of the superior court, it shall be returned to the office of the judge of the probate court and filed by him. If the judge of the superior court compels the sheriff to give a new bond, after the bond has been approved and entered on the minutes it shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the judge of the probate court and shall be recorded therein without further approval.
