Call Now: 904-383-7448When the duplicate of the lost or destroyed paper is established, the clerk of the court in which it is done shall furnish the duplicate to the party who had it established, with a certified endorsement thereon of the day and term of the court when the rule absolute was granted, provided all costs of the proceeding have been paid.
