ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

31-2A-9. Studies and surveys of programs.

The department, from time to time, shall make or cause to be made studies and surveys to determine the quality, scope, and reach of its programs.

The 2011 amendment, effective July 1, 2011, redesignated former Code Section 31-2-8 as present Code Section 31-2A-9.
