Call Now: 904-383-7448It shall be the duty of the executive director to keep at his or her office the minutes of the board, together with all the books and records of the board, which shall be public records open to inspection by the public except on Sundays and legal holidays. The following shall be treated as confidential and need not be disclosed without prior approval of the board:
