Sec. 27-5.
Selection of guardian ad litem or special administrator.) The
person appointed as guardian ad litem or special administrator under this Act may not
be selected upon the recommendation of any person having an interest
adverse to the person represented by the guardian ad litem or special administrator
or by the attorney for the adverse party.
