     Sec. 267. "Parental consent", for purposes of IC 16-34, means the notarized written consent of the parent or legal guardian of an unemancipated pregnant woman less than eighteen (18) years of age to the performance of an abortion on the minor pregnant woman or for the final disposition of the aborted fetus by interment in compliance with IC 23-14-54 or cremation through a licensee (as defined in IC 25-15-2-19) and in compliance with IC 23-14-31.
