(1) The authority may contract with any person or governmental agency for the use of the riverport and riverport facilities. Such contract shall not prevent, restrict or hamper the general use of the riverport by the public.
(2) All unpledged or surplus revenue derived from the use of the riverport and the riverport facilities shall be first applied to the maintenance of the riverport and the riverport facilities. A governmental unit may expend funds for this purpose out of its general funds or any other available funds. History: Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 48, sec. 7.
