A medical care facility other than a hospital may not operate except under the supervision of a licensed administrator and an individual may not be an administrator of a medical care facility other than a hospital unless that individual is the holder of a current administrator's license or a temporary permit issued pursuant to this chapter.   [PL 1993, c. 600, Pt.
