THE MOTOR CARRIER ACT

476.12 Interstate commerce.
Sec. 12.
Interstate commerce. This act shall apply to persons and motor vehicles engaged in interstate commerce, except only insofar as it may be inconsistent with, or shall contravene, the constitution or the laws of the United States.
