Nev. Rev. Stat. § 704.3296

NRS 704.3296  “Electric utility” defined.  As used in NRS 704.3296 to 704.410, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “electric utility” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 704.7571.
