“Subscriber” defined

NRS 720.120  “Subscriber” defined.  “Subscriber” means a person who:

      1.  Is identified as such in a certificate;

      2.  Accepts the certificate; and

      3.  Holds the private key that corresponds to the public key set forth in the certificate.
