Termination of registration

NRS 88.607  Termination of registration.  The registration of a registered limited-liability limited partnership is effective until:

      1.  Its certificate of registration is revoked pursuant to NRS 88.405; or

      2.  The registered limited-liability limited partnership files with the Secretary of State a notice of withdrawal signed by a general partner. The notice must be accompanied by a fee of $100.
