NRS 280.105 Exclusive method for merging law enforcement agency of county
whose population is 100,000 or more with city law enforcement agencies. No county whose population is 100,000 or more
may merge its law enforcement agency with the law enforcement agency of any of
the cities in that county to create a single law enforcement agency for the
participating political subdivisions except pursuant to the provisions of this
chapter.
