(a) Repealed by Session Laws 2025-47, s. 4, effective July 1, 2025.

(b) Annual Report. - The Authority shall, promptly following the close of each fiscal year, submit an annual report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year and an annual audit of its books and accounts for the preceding fiscal year to the Governor, the General Assembly, and the Department of Transportation. The report and audit shall be submitted no later than October 31 of the fiscal year in which the report and audit are completed.

(c) Repealed by Session Laws 2016-90, s. 4, effective July 11, 2016.

(d) Report Prior to Let of Contracts. - The Authority shall consult with and report to the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee and the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations prior to the letting of any contract for Turnpike Project construction authorized under G.S. 136-183(a)(2).
