183.655 Fees. The chief administrative law judge for the Office of Administrative Hearings shall establish a schedule of fees for services rendered by administrative law judges assigned from the office. The fee charged shall be in an amount calculated to recover the cost of providing the administrative law judge, the cost of conducting the hearing and all associated administrative costs. All fees collected by the chief administrative law judge under this section shall be paid into the Office of Administrative Hearings Operating Account created under ORS 183.660.
