About the Firm

Prenda Law Inc. is a nationwide intellectual property law firm, and we have created the current standard for mass copyright infringement litigation in the United States.  Currently pursuing thousands of infringers in almost every state in the country, we are the largest  firm in terms of cases and infringers sued, in the entire country.  

Our approach is not for every copyright holder.  We do not send emails begging criminals to stop stealing.  We are the solution for copyright holders who want to be proactive in fighting copyright infringement and hacking crimes.  

We are a 'litigation firm', and we take the word litigation seriously.  If we catch an infringer or hacker and they want to fight in court, we will accomodate them.  In copyright infringement cases, when we are successful, we are normally awarded attorneys fees pursuant to the statute we sue infringers under.

As one of only a handful of copyright infringement law firms in the country to take cases on a contingency fee basis, Prenda Law Inc. helps our clients preserve their copyrighted work with none of the up-front costs required by large copyright infringement firms. Because our clients do not pay any fees until and unless there is money recovered (by settlement or verdict), the contingency fee arrangement is almost always more cost-effective for the client.
