Dispatcher training course; certificate upon

     (a) The director of the Wyoming law enforcement academy or
other training agency may provide at the academy or other
location within the state a basic dispatcher course. The course
shall comply with standards promulgated by the peace officers
standards and training commission.

     (b) The director of the Wyoming law enforcement academy or
other training agency shall issue an appropriate certificate of
course completion to any dispatcher who completes the required
training.

     (c) Fees charged for dispatcher courses held at the
Wyoming law enforcement academy shall be the same as those
charged for peace officer courses.
