Sec. 34.85.140. Affidavit form and acknowledgment.
(a) An affixation affidavit and a severance affidavit must be acknowledged in the same manner as a conveyance of real property and must be in a form that may be recorded under AS 40.17.
(b) The department shall establish by regulation the forms for an affixation affidavit and a severance affidavit.
