Amendments. The 2009 amendment, (a)(1), inserted “or permitee,” substituted “rule” for “regulation,” substituted “Director of Arkansas Tobacco Control” for “Director of the Arkansas Tobacco Control Board,” and deleted “and regulations” following “rules.”

The 2011 amendment added (f).

The 2019 amendment substituted “rules” for “regulations” in (a)(3).
