Vehicles approaching or entering intersection

- The driver of a vehicle approaching an intersection shall yield the right-of-way to a vehicle which has entered the intersection from a different highway.
- When two (2) vehicles enter an intersection from different highways at the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.
- The foregoing rules are modified at through highways and otherwise as stated in this subchapter.

Negligence.
Motorist who approached intersection at from 30 to 35 miles per hour and drove into the intersection in front of a car on his right without slowing speed or attempting to stop was guilty of negligence precluding recovery. Connor v. Coughlin, 192 Ark. 528, 92 S.W.2d 380 (1936).
