Relationship between the State's and the defense's evidence on supervision I agree with the majority opinion that, in ruling on a defendant's motion to dismiss, the "defendant's evidence may be considered on a motion to dismiss where it clarifies and is not contradictory to the State's evidence or where it rebuts permissible inferences raised by the State's evidence and is not contradictory to it ."
