Cal. Welfare and Institutions Code § 14000.3 (2026)

To the extent permitted by federal law, the director may enter into contracts with the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to obtain or provide fiscal intermediary services for all persons who are receiving benefits under this chapter, who are also recipients of benefits under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act.
