State v. Shields
See State v. Shrader, 593 So.2d 457 (La.App.2d Cir.), writ denied 598 So.2d 353 (1992); Epperson, supra. Considering the events and circumstances resulting in the discovery of the cocaine, we find no merit in Shields's contention that the trial court erred in failing to grant the motion to suppress the physical evidence seized at the apartment.
