PRINGLE, Chief Justice.

Upon the stipulation and consent of Stephen E. Rounds, he shall continue to be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to C.R.C.P. 256(B) without waiver of any of his rights to petition for reinstatement as provided in C.R.C.P. 256.
